Beach passes for all homeowners who had paid their 2018 annual membership dues, to date, will be mailed out tomorrow morning, Monday April 16th. If you were one of the people who had paid off a past due lien, you will receive yours in the next few weeks, as I am waiting to get the lien release paperwork back from Adams County Courthouse. When that happens I will include that lien release in your envelope. If you were one of the 40 people who did not send in your payment by the deadline, your beach passes will be mailed on receipt of full payment. Just a reminder that liens will be placed on those properties on Tuesday morning May 1st, so be sure that we receive your dues by April 30th. Lastly, May 1st will also be the day that only YELLOW 2018 beach passes should be hung from your rearview mirror when at our lakefront. Blue 2017 beach passes and/or no pass will result in towing, so please be sure to have it visible (from your mirror) each and every time you are at our lakefront.
