Well, we are officially half way through the first month of the New Year and you know what that means…..2019 Annual Billing Invoices will be sent out within the next month. When you receive those invoices in the mail, please take a minute to thoroughly look over not only the invoice but all of the other information in the envelope. With the installation of our new gate, the information being sent to you will not only be informative but pertinent and necessary information for you to be aware of moving into Spring 2019. This is a really exciting time in Lakewood history and we want to keep ALL of our members informed and prepared for the upcoming lakefront procedural changes. We also want this to roll out smoothly and effortlessly, so being informed and up to date will be key. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER 🙂 Along with reading any and all mailings in the coming months, it will be imperative that you keep up on all future blogs that will be posted between now and Memorial Day which will help inform and guide you through this new process. By keeping yourself informed through these mailings and blogs, I am confident that they will address most (if not all) questions you may have concerning the new gate and moving into the future.
