The Board of Directors will receive comments, answer questions and accept suggestions for events for 2023. This time is dedicated to the property owners voicing opinions and having a direct dialog with the Board of Directors. No action will be taken by the Board on matters discussed at this forum. It is our way of trying to be transparent in the operations of our Association.

The Board of Directors will convene into session for the purpose of conducting official Association business. Comments from residents will not be heard at this time but all are welcome to attend to observe the meeting.
Agenda
1. Approve meeting minutes from 9/8/2022 held via email
2. Review and discuss newly adopted Enforcement and Grievance procedures
3. Review budget to actuals to date
4. Identify 2023 budget expenditures that are outside of normal operating expenses.
