NOT THE ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
Meeting was brought to order by Amy Volkmann at 11:20 am.
We welcome Carin Tio as a full board member and Nancy Kubina-Carroll to the board.
1. BOARD POSITIONS – Steve Hensen nominated Amy Volkmann as President. Nancy Kubina-Carroll made a motion to elect Amy Volkmann as President and was seconded by Carin Tio

Kubina-Carroll
Nays: None
Motion Carried
2. OLD BUSINESS:
TREE REMOVAL
Eskildsen’s quoted for tree removal of 4 trees. $1200 for the removal and $200 for stump grinding. Amy Volkmann made a motion to approve the quote and was seconded by
Steve Hensen.
Ayes: Hensen, Volkmann, Geiger, Tio, Palumbo, Anderson,
Kubina-Carroll

Motion Carried
Amy Volkmann made a motion to adjourn at 11:35 am Seconded by Scott Geiger.
