Spring brings lots of opportunities to get out and about in the neighborhood and the surrounding area. There aren’t many organized events coming up in central Wisconsin for the next month or so but if you are looking for something fun or different to do, check out the ‘Around The Neighborhood’ section of this homepage. We highlight area events that we know of that are coming up in Adams County and others that are a short, manageable distance from Lakewood. Check back often as we try to update it frequently. Travel Wisconsin is a great resource for discovering fun stuff to do or places to visit. One of our favorite discoveries is Fawn Creek Winery, which is just a short drive from Lakewood on Hwy 13 in the Dells. They have wine tasting, a gift shop and an outdoor music venue. It’s a pretty cool place to go and have some fun!
