Housekeeping!
As we wind down 2022 and look into 2023, we will be updating our key card master for the lakefront. Please email me at secretary@lakewoodpoa.org the first 5 digits on your key card(s). If we do not receive your card number(s), you run into the chance of your key card not working when you visit the Lake front. I can’t stress the importance of emailing me the information.
We are also doing a major overhaul on our master list. Please be sure if you have moved, you let us know your new address.
New way to pay your dues. This is in the infancy stage, and we just wanted to let you know there will be changes coming. We probably will not be using PayPal for our yearly dues. PayPal has made many changes to their agreement. Plus, it is time consuming for the Treasurer, for those homeowners that do not send the dues in as family and friends. You would be surprised how many don’t. This causes a fee if we don’t return the payment and request the payment to be resent.
