Mark your calendars for Saturday June 30th ‘cuz we are firing up the grills! Treasurer Kelly will be donning her Chef coat once again this year to flip some burgers and grill up the ever popular quarter pound hot dogs….a crowd favorite! Secretary Maureen and her crew will be filling up the water balloons, newest Director, Kathleen, will be organizing adult and kid-friendly games, there will be raffle prizes and, of course, the 50/50 for a chance to go home with some dough in your pocket…..and this year the Grand Prize is an 18-hole Northern Bay Golf Package complete with cart…..so bring your wallets 🙂 As in past years, each household is allowed 4 attendees for FREE….any group more than 4 people will cost $5.00 per person. Please RSVP to talktous@lakewoodpoa.org by no later than Saturday, June 23rd. Also, any reservations AFTER Saturday, June 23 will be $5.00 per person…..so be sure to RSVP prior to the deadline! If you are joining us, please bring a “dish to pass”….it only needs to be enough to feed about 15 people. Since the “food key” has proven to be successful the past 5 years, we will continue with that, so reference the first letter of your LAST name to see what to bring! Other things to bring besides $$$ and a dish to pass would be a lawn chair, sunscreen, bug spray, adult beverages, jocularity and a good natured jovial spirit.
